Zoning Board of Appeals Agenda
Under the law, the ZBA has the power to hear and decide appeals from decisions of those officials charged with the administration and enforcement of the zoning ordinance or local law. In discharging this duty, its primary function is to interpret the zoning ordinance and decide whether to grant variances.

Please take notice that the Zoning Board of Appeals has received an appeal of a Use-Determination made by the Building Inspector / Code Enforcement Officer for a Proposed 18,000 sq. ft. Concrete Products Manufacturing Facility in the Commercial Light Industry District on Osprey Extension West, Gardiner, NY 12525 SBL:93.4-6-1.111
The Zoning Board will be reviewing the Appeal and holding a Public Hearing on August 24, 2023. The meeting and Public Hearing will be held at 7:00 pm at Town Hall located at 2340 Route 44/55, Gardiner, NY. The meeting will be held in-person and via Zoom. A Zoom link will be posted on the town’s website prior to the start of the meeting. (SEE BELOW) All information regarding the appeal and proposed project is posted on the town’s website, www.townofgardiner.org under the zoning board tab.

Administrative Appeal to CEO Use Determination
The Zoning Board of Appeals has received an Appeal of a Use Determination made by the Building Inspector / Code Enforcement Officer for a proposed 18,000 sq. ft. concrete products manufacturing facility in the Commercial Light Industry District on Osprey Extension West, Gardiner NY SBL: 93.4-6-1.111
The Zoning Board will be reviewing the Appeal and scheduling a Public Hearing at a time and date to be determined. Property owners of parcels located within 250' of the proposed project location will be notified by mail when the Zoning Board Meeting and Public Hearing is scheduled.
